Job Description:
Paper Bind is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our Sales & Marketing team. As a Sales Administrator you will play a pivotal role in streamlining all things related to our sales process. You will be the front line to the domestic and international field sales team by following up with leads, updating CRM, managing proposal generation, and supporting all sales efforts.

To succeed as a Sales Administrator, you must be an organized self-starter who is deadline driven and detail oriented. You must thrive in a fast paced work environment, have the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. You will have significant interaction with senior executives and will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Customers and Client Services teams.

Key Responsibilities and Functions

- First level qualification/follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from marketing activity.
- Maintain accurate contact data and a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow up of all leads.
- Administer all configuration, data maintenance, and reporting from CRM system.
- Know, understand and present value proposition and nurture potential leads to qualify for hand off to direct sales.
- Coordinate and assist with completing RFP responses and proposals,
- Arrange and plan meetings, presentations, and/or conference calls for Sales Team.
- Coordinate and attend weekly Sales Meetings.
- Deliver weekly/monthly sales and pipeline reports tracking against goals and measuring success.
- Learn in-depth knowledge of solutions and service offerings, industry trends and competition.
- Assist and support marketing/sales team for all initiatives.
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience; MBA a plus .
- 3+ years in a Sales Administrator position supporting a rapidly growing Sales department in an enterprise software environment (SaaS preferred).
- 3+ years of experience with CRM.
- Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills and be comfortable working with CRM systems.
- To excel in this position, you must be tenacious with the ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers including senior employees/executives.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, complimented by strong business writing skills.
- Experience working in sales/office environment.
- Ability to work independently while communicating with key stakeholders on any potential issues.
- Naturally detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Exhibit great creativity and resourcefulness.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Social media experience would be an asset. Experience in international business would be an asset..

 Solution Specialist - Sales( Openings: 10 )
Location: North India, West India and South india
Experience: Minimum 2-3 Years
Job Description:
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
- Visiting potential customers for new business.
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends.
- Representing organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing client specific solutions.
- May also be involved with identifying new markets and business opportunities.

  Graphic Designer and Visual Designer ( OPENINGS: 1 )

Candidate will work as a Web Developer and will be responsible for creating web content for both internal and external websites. Candidate team will be a member of our development team ensuring our software meets and exceeds in quality, performance and reliability. Candidate will be responsible for all web development and graphic design projects. Candidate should be able to work in a small, independent and rapid development environment.

Position Requirements:

- Must have 5+ years of past experience working as Web Developer.
- Must have at least 5+ years working with HTML (some HTML 5 experience preferred), CSS and JavaScript. Proficiency in HTML/CSS, PHP, AJAX, My SQL, WordPress and client-side scripting libraries. Able to develop pixel- perfect HTML that is cross-browser and standards compliant and meets accessibility/disability (508) requirements
- Must have at least 5+ years of experience developing dynamic websites using commercial or Open Source Java Script libraries like JQuery, ExtJS, Prototype, DOJO etc.
- Must have strong understanding of browsers including performance and capabilities
- Must have ability to turn design and user interface mockups into functional websites in a hands- on fashion, ensures all technology solutions are properly documented and specified
- Must have knowledge of developing services using AJAX and RESTful API’s
- Must have knowledge of data interchange formats like XML, JSON etc
- Must have knowledge of server side technologies like JSP, Servlets, Spring, Apache Tiles etc
- Must have experience building web interfaces for mobile devices using HTML5 and CSS. Experience building Mobile applications for iPhone and Android is a plus
